A Minot man charged with multiple sexual offenses against a minor has pleaded guilty to four charges, including two felonies, in North Central District Court.
Steven Exantus, Minot, appeared in court Aug. 14, pleading guilty to gross sexual imposition, a felony AA; luring minors by computer, a felony B; and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and false information or report to law enforcement, both misdemeanor C.
A felony A charge of gross sexual imposition and additional misdemeanors of contributing , contributing to delinquency of a minor, and delivery to a certain persons unlawful, are proposed to be dismissed.
According to court records, Exantus and the victim met at work and began spending time together. Exantus would provide the minor with illicit substances and engage in sexual contact. Investigators found phone messages exhibiting sexual contact between the two.
Exantus is scheduled for sentencing on Nov 23.
