The Minot Elks Lodge #1089 donated to the Minot Public Schools Families in Transition Program utilizing an Elks National Foundation Spotlight Grant of $2,500. Tracey Lawson, left, and Harriet Summers, directors of the program, accept the donation that included 82 backpacks, gas gift cards, bandages, tissues, laundry and dish soaps, and household cleaners. The program assists around 200 students and families.
