MINOT AIR FORCE BASE – A Red, White & Donate Blood Drive will be held Tuesday, July 7, from 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at the Minot Air Force Base Exchange, 362 Missile Ave.

Walk-ins are welcome. To schedule an appointment on Tuesday, visit Vitalant.org or call 307-899-6633. Participation is for those who have base access.

Donations will be accepted throughout the month of July by contacting Vitalant at 1919 N. Broadway in Minot.

Blood donations will help veterans, Wreaths Across America and Civil Air Patrol cadets. A North Dakota veteran receives a free pint of blood for every 5 pints donated. A veteran is honored through Wreaths Across America for every 2 pints donated. Civil Air Patrol cadets are taught leadership and aviation with every pint donated.
