A suspect has been located in connection with a stabbing incident at the North Dakota State Fair on Saturday, July 25, according to the Ward County Sheriff's Department.
The department reported no arrests have been made at this time, and the investigation is continuing. The incident happened about 4:30 p.m. near the Flickertail on the fairgrounds. The individual stabbed was transported to receive medical treatment for non-life-threatening injuries. The sheriff’s department initially had sought the suspect, who had left the fairgrounds after the incident.
