Milestones: University students recognized
North Dakota State University
FARGO – Ward County and area students are included on the North Dakota State University Dean’s List for spring 2026. A student must earn a 3.50 grade point average or higher and be enrolled in at least 12 class credits to qualify.

The University of Alabama
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Students from the Minot area were awarded degrees during The University of Alabama’s spring 2026 commencement in May. Oscar Hultz of Minot received a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering and Faith Seaborn of Minot Air Force Base received a Bachelor of Science in human environmental sciences.
