Fort celebrates 60 years as national historic site

Collin, a historian now retired and living in Bismarck, was active in the successful efforts to restore Fort Union in the 1980s. He was chairman of the Friends of Fort Union from 1985-86 and member of the Fort Buford 6th Infantry Regimental Association from 1985-86. The weekend included the 43rd annual Fort Union Rendezvous.
