Ric Montoya (not shown) was elected to the Administrative Committee on Veterans Affairs (ACOVA), a state‑level governing body created by the North Dakota Legislature in 1971. It oversees the organization, policy and administration of all veterans’ affairs in the state. Minot DAV Chapter 4 received the Outstanding Chapter of the Year Award during the convention.
