Minot Area Community Foundation approves grant recipients

The Minot Area Community Foundation (MACF) board of directors approved its grant awards for April. The funds distributed totaled $360,283.

MACF supports organizations, projects and programs that enhance the quality of life for citizens throughout the Minot area and surrounding region.

The organizations receiving funds for April are: Camp Bentley, Chevron 4-H Club and FFA Chapter grant recipients, Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch, Domestic Violence Crisis Center, Hope Lutheran Church in Makoti, Immanuel Baptist Church, Local Motives, MCF Hairball Haven Endowment Fund, MLS Dollars for Scholars, Minot State University Development Foundation, North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, New Hope Lutheran Church in Upham, North Dakota Association for the Disabled, Our Redeemer’s Christian School, Prairie Grit Adaptive Sports Scholarship recipients, Rape and Abuse Crisis Center in Fargo, Raymond James Charitable Endowment Fund, Roseglen Cemetery, Second Story, Souris Valley Animal Shelter, Special Olympics Minot Chapter, Western N.D. Charities, Wreaths Across America and Youth for Christ.
