The community is invited to celebrate the start of summer at the Kickoff to Summer event on Friday, June 5, from 4-7 p.m. at the Scheels Complex at 601 16th Ave. SE, Minot.

This free, family-friendly event will feature bounce houses, food, games, kickball and a variety of activities for all ages. Community members are encouraged to bring their friends and family for an evening focused on fun, recreation and kicking off the summer season together.

Minot Parks announces with its partnership with SCHEELS, the Park District’s no-questions-asked scholarship program will now officially be known as the SCHEELS Scholarship. The scholarship program helps remove financial barriers by providing opportunities for individuals and families to participate in Minot Park District programs and activities, ensuring recreation remains accessible to everyone in the community.
