BOTTINEAU – The Bottineau Area Chamber of Commerce awarded area students for their outstanding scholastic performance. The annual Scholastic Award Program recognized 11 Dakota College at Bottineau students at a special ceremony.

Students awarded must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.7 or higher, be enrolled full-time, have earned a minimum of 40 credits from DCB, and be on track to graduate in spring 2026 with an associate-level degree. In addition, the students’ extracurricular and co-curricular activities are taken into consideration.

Recipients included Piper Stein of Minot, Isabella Vasquez of Westhope, Katherine Schmitt of Towner and Kenya Poitra of Bottineau.
