Missing former Surrey woman located

A former Minot-area woman who was listed as an endangered missing person last week in Pennsylvania was located alive and well Sunday, April 12, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

Deanna Stoddard had been missing since Monday, April 6, when she was last seen leaving her family’s home on foot in Susquehanna County.

The State Police said Stoddard has been reunited with her family and is undergoing medical treatment.

A former airport operations manager in Minot from 2016-2022, Stoddard worked at airports in other states before returning to North Dakota. She had lived in Surrey and was employed until March 2025 with Ackerman-Estvold Construction Management in Minot.
