Fraudulent text messages or emails circulating
BISMARCK — Recipients of text messages or emails that are asking for payment of fees or fines and indicating they are from the North Dakota Department of Transportation should report it as spam and/or delete it immediately.
Recipients of these text messages or emails are advised not to reply or click on any links, according to N.D. Department of Transportation information.
