Souris Valley Animal Shelter’s Wishkers & Furball – Wish Upon a Paw Gala and spring fundraiser will be held Friday, March 27, from 5:30-10:30 p.m. in the Sleep Inn and Suites and Conference Center.

The evening will celebrate compassion, community, and the life-changing work happening at the shelter, according to SVAS.

“Our Wish Upon a Paw Gala highlights the heart of our mission, making animal wishes come true. From lifesaving veterinary care to helping pets find loving homes, this event supports the work that keeps animals safe, healthy, and loved in our community,” said Haley Schoneck, communications and development officer at SVAS.

Guests will enjoy interactive experiences throughout the evening, including a wishing fountain, wishing tree, and dessert and tasting stations. The event for those ages 18 and older is pet-friendly.
