Research Center precipitation report

On Friday, March 13, at 8 a.m., 0.26-inch of moisture and 1 inch of snow were recorded at the North Central Research Extension Center, south of Minot, in the past 24-hour period.

“However, due to melting throughout the day yesterday before the recording period here at the station, the 1-inch snow total is not very respective of the actual snow event,” Austin Kraklau of the NCREC said.
