The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified a vehicle passenger who died in a fatal crash northeast of Minot Friday, March 20, as Estoria Bergstad, 46, Minot.

According to the Highway Patrol, at about 4:34 p.m., Lester Bergstad, 46, Minot, was driving a Ford F-550 box truck on 128th Avenue Northeast, six miles north and east of Minot, when he lost control and the vehicle rolled. He was transported by ambulance to a Minot hospital. Charges remain under investigation by the Highway Patrol.

Estoria Bergstad, a passenger in the vehicle, sustained fatal injuries at the scene.

Neither was wearing a seatbelt, according to the Highway Patrol.
