Trinity to suspend home health, hospice
Trinity Health has announced Friday, Feb. 13, it will be suspending its home health and outpatient hospice services.
Trinity stated the decision was made after careful consideration and a thorough review of current operations.
“Trinity Health is actively exploring opportunities with trusted community providers to transition these services. Ensuring continuity of care for patients remains a top priority. A final timeline for the change will be communicated once plans are finalized,” a Trinity statement said.
Employees impacted by the suspension will have opportunities to transition into open positions across other departments within Trinity Health.
CaringEdge Health Services, which provides services in Ward and other area counties, as well as HIA Health, based in Fargo but with services across much of the state, did not respond Friday to requests for information about their capacities for transitioning clients.
