Applications are open for Trinity Health’s Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Program, with classes scheduled to run from July 20-Dec. 17.

The program is designed to equip students with emergency medical knowledge, critical thinking skills and hands-on clinical experience needed to care for sick and injured patients.

Participants will learn through classroom instruction, skills labs and field clinicals. Training includes response and care for medical and traumatic emergencies, childbirth, psychological emergencies, large-scale incidents and natural disasters.

Classes will be held Monday and Thursday evenings from 4-8 p.m. at the Trinity Health Riverside Education Center, 1900 8th Ave. SE, Minot.

Applications must be submitted by 3 p.m. on Monday, April 27.
