A 22-year-old man previously reported as last seen on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 31, has been located deceased, according to the Ward County Sheriff’s Office.

The sheriff’s office reported Friday, Feb. 6, that Jabin Miller’s identity has been confirmed and next of kin have been notified.

Miller had been last seen at a residence in rural Ward County, according to the earlier report from the sheriff’s office.

The investigation into the circumstances surrounding Jabin Miller’s death is pending with the official cause and manner of death to be determined by the North Dakota State Medical Examiner’s Office, according to the sheriff’s office in a release issued Friday evening.

At this time, there is no indication of foul play.
