Dakota Hope director retires
Jill Schramm/MDN Nadia Smetana, holding her plaque, was honored Friday, Feb. 6, at a retirement party at Dakota Hope Clinic, where she has served as executive director. She was instrumental in the founding of the clinic that started in Minot in 2013 and now has satellite offices in Tioga and Bottineau.
