A toy drive has been added to Giving Hearts Day as a way for donors to support Make-A Wish North Dakota through Feb. 12.

The local toy drive is taking place at Aspire Credit Union, 1430 S. Broadway, to ensure each wish child is treated to special gifts of joy.

The first $50,000 in monetary donations to Make-A-Wish North Dakota through the Giving Hearts program will be matched, doubling the impact.

“More than 100 children are waiting for their wish right now, and Giving Hearts Day will play a significant role in our ability to grant them,” said Billi Jo Zielinski, president and CEO of Make-A-Wish North Dakota. “Each year, we welcome hundreds of returning donors as well as many new partners who want to push our mission past the finish line.”
