The Minot Police Department reported the event supported 49 children on the autism spectrum and their siblings, representing 27 families. Community generosity allowed each child to receive a $140 gift card to use as they wished to support their families. Police officers, police cadets and volunteers from The Landing, the Lions Club, Independence, Inc., Town & Country Credit Union and others joined staff from Total Behavior Support and Fountain Behavioral Services to make the event possible.
