Learn art of paper quilling at interpretive center
WASHBURN. — The Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center, Washburn, invites the public to a hands-on paper quilling workshop Saturday, Feb. 14, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Participants ages 12 and older can learn this creative art form.

This event is part of both the ND250 commemoration of the United States’ 250th birthday in 2026 and Vinterfest, a month-long celebration of winter on the northern Plains, featuring educational programs, outdoor recreation, and cultural traditions.
The Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center and Fort Mandan State Historic Site are managed by the State Historical Society of North Dakota.
