NDSU Extension-Ward County is hosting an in-person discussion about bird flu with Jake Galbreath, NDSU Extension veterinarian.

The free session will be held Thursday, Dec. 18, from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Ward County Extension Office, 900 13th St. SE, in Minot. Participants will learn practical tips for keeping their poultry and dairy operations healthy — from how bird flu spreads and what to watch for, to the best biosecurity and hygiene practices. Whether you run a commercial operation or a backyard flock, the session is designed to give participants the tools to protect their animals and their workers. Registration is requested.
