Weeks has been promoted to Operations manager.

According to Aspire, Weeks has been a member of the Aspire team for eight years, serving most recently as assistant Operations manager. With this role, she will oversee the day-to-day operational functions of the credit union.

Throughout her tenure, Weeks has become known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail and genuine care for both members and her fellow team members. Her leadership and deep understanding of credit union operations make her an invaluable asset to Aspire’s continued growth, according to the credit union.

Hansen has been named chief lending officer. She will continue to oversee all aspects of the credit union’s lending operations, including consumer, mortgage and recreational lending, while continuing to drive strategic growth and member-focused financial solutions.

Hansen has been an integral part of the Aspire Credit Union team for over a decade, most recently serving as Loan Department manager, where she demonstrated leadership, commitment to member service and innovative thinking in advancing lending programs, according to Aspire.
