Positive Discipline class starts Nov. 10
A six-week Positive Disciple class will be offered online beginning Monday, Nov. 10, sponsored by the North Dakota State University Extension Service-Ward County and its Parent & Family Resource Center-Region 2, North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services and Parent & Family Education Network.
The class is free and will be held Mondays from 6-7:30 p.m. through Dec. 15.
Participants will discover what their children are really feeling, thinking and deciding based on their parenting techniques and how to use kindness and firmness to increase mutual respect. Learn effective communication skills, problem solving skills and solution based thinking, and build self esteem.
