Small businesses receive grants

Town and Country Credit Union has announced the four businesses chosen to receive $2,500 grants from its 2025 Small Business Grants program.

To apply, small business owners who are credit union members were asked to submit an essay answering the question: “How would your small business use $2,500 to create a positive impact on your staff, customers or the community?”

Winners are:

– Dakota Chappy, Minot, a North Dakota-based women’s fashion boutique .

– Amend Healthcare, West Fargo, an independent family medicine clinic.

– Ryder Community Center Association, Ryder, a group of community members who have worked together to breathe new life into the community center.

– Muddy Boots Coffee House, Mapleton, a family-friendly cafe that offers quality coffee, ice cream, baked goods and energy drinks in a cozy atmosphere.
