NDSU Extension is offering “Powerful Tools for Caregivers,” a six-week evidence-based, self-care educational program to empower caregivers of adults to care for themselves while supporting a loved one. By prioritizing their own health and well-being, caregivers can enhance their ability to provide care.

The free series will be held online via Zoom beginning Monday, Oct. 6, from 1-2:30 p.m. Participants will also receive a digital copy of “The Caregiver Handbook,” a resource filled with additional support and guidance. To participate, contact the NDSU Extension-Ward County office in Minot.
