New dollar store in planning stage
Another Dollar General could be coming to the Minot area.
Minot City Inspections reports records show the company has sought a building permit, although none has been issued yet. The project involves demolition of an existing structure and new construction.
Dollar General states it is finalizing its due diligence phase for a new store in Minot on 72nd Street Southeast, just off U.S. Highway 2 between Minot and Surrey. A spokesperson stated the company anticipates breaking ground in the coming weeks.
