KENMARE – The City of Kenmare has been awarded a $638,000 Drinking Water State Revolving Loan to replace cast-iron water main with PVC, reducing the frequency of breaks and providing safe, reliable drinking water to residents, according to the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency provides part of the State Revolving Loan Fund program’s funding, which offers below-market interest rate loans.
