Film crew gets fireworks permit for downtown Minot

The City of Minot has released a public notice that a film production crew has been issued a pyrotechnics permit by the Minot Fire Department for Saturday, Sept. 13.

The crew will be using permitted pyrotechnics from 8:30-11 p.m. in the area of Second Street Southeast and Central Avenue. According to the city, both the Minot Police Department and Central Dispatch are aware. If the public hears or sees activity in the area during that time, the city has communicated there is no cause for concern.
