Victim of crash on Minot bypass identified
The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the victim of an Aug. 2 crash on the U.S. Highway 83 West Bypass in Minot.
Seth Parana, driver of a 2021 Tesla Model Y, died in the crash.
Parana was traveling north on the bypass near the Fourth Avenue Northwest overpass when the vehicle went off the road and crashed.
