The following information is provided by the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 4, Minot.

Sept. 3: DAV Coffee, 2 p.m., in the Veterans Room at Ward County Administration Building. Speaker DAV member Dave Van Lith, also a representative of Minot’s Hot Tots baseball team, will make a presentation.

Sept. 6: DAV and Auxiliary “Forget-Me-Not Day” at various businesses in Minot. Freewill offering for a blue Forget-Me-Not flower will help disabled American veterans in North Dakota.

Sept. 8: Free veterans lunch-Edgewood Minot on Tenth (formerly Elison),12:15 p.m.

Sept. 9: Free veterans lunch-Somerset Court-Noon.

Sept. 17: DAV Coffee, 2 p.m., in the Veterans Room at Ward County Administration Building. Greg Loftenes speaking about Alzheimer’s, also area veterans going on Honor Flight will be given send-off party.

Sept. 25: Free veterans breakfast-Minot Lodge, 8 a.m.
