Katie Snyder of Minot has been selected for a one-year clerkship with the North Dakota Supreme Court, the court has announced.

Snyder received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with minors in sociology and legal studies from the University of North Dakota. She received her Juris Doctor from the UND School of Law in May. Snyder is the daughter of Scott and Jackie Snyder of Minot.

Snyder and other individuals selected as law clerks began their one-year clerkships with the court Aug. 1. Other new clerks are Alexander Hook and James Nicolai of Fargo, Peter Liffrig of Mandan and Haakan Thorsgard of Bemidji, Minnesota.
