NDFB hires new northwest field representative

Megan Gross
BISMARCK — The North Dakota Farm Bureau has announced the hiring of Megan Gross as the northwest field representative.
NDFB is a nonprofit organization that serves as a general farm and ranch organization representing more than 28,000 member families and 50 organized county Farm Bureaus.
Gross grew up near Napoleon where her family operates a commercial, spring calving, cow-calf herd. Their farm also produces cash crops such as corn, wheat and soybeans.
Before joining NDFB, Gross worked in feed sales, providing both nutritional support and sales expertise to livestock producers. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in animal science from North Dakota State University, followed by a master’s degree in ruminant nutrition from Oklahoma State University.
“Megan truly loves agriculture and enjoys working with people,” said NDFB Director of Organizational Development Joey Bailey. “She’s very observant, detail-oriented, and a quick learner. Her deep appreciation for NDFB’s mission and values makes her a true asset to our team.”
Gross will provide support and leadership development opportunities for NDFB members in Divide, Williams, Burke, Mountrail, Renville, Ward, McLean, Sheridan, Bottineau, McHenry, Rolette and Pierce counties.
