TIOGA — A 65-year-old Williston man has died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash on U.S. Highway 2, near Tioga, on Sunday.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the 2023 Harley-Davidson motorcycle was westbound on Highway 2, about six miles west of Tioga, about 7:30 p.m. The driver, who has not been identified, was driving at a high rate of speed and lost control. The motorcycle entered the median and rolled.

The driver was transported to a Tioga medical center where he died of his injuries. The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
