City offices closed for Independence Day

The City of Minot has announced city offices will be closed Friday, July 4, in observance of the Fourth of July holiday. This includes the Minot Public Library.

There will be no residential garbage collection on July 4, but there will be a makeup collection for Tuesday/Friday customers on Wednesday, July 2. The City of Minot landfill will be open from 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on July 4, but will be closed on Saturday and Sunday, July 5 and 6.

There will be no public transit on July 4.

For water service emergencies, residents should call 852-0111.
