A 50-year-old Williston man died in a weekend Utility Task Vehicle ((UTV) crash in Williams County.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on Sunday when the UTV was traveling north on 147th Drive Northwest in Williams County and the driver lost control. The vehicle left the road and rolled. The driver and a passenger, a 55-year-old female from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, were not wearing seat belts. The driver suffered fatal injuries and the passenger suffered minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
