Fred Strand has been promoted to director of Talent & Culture at Trinity Health in Minot, and Lora Soderholm has joined the organization as director of Total Rewards, the medical center announced.

As the director of Talent & Culture, Strand will oversee recruiting, organizational development, employee relations and culture initiatives. An employee of Trinity Health since 2024, Strand first started as an Employee Relations specialist after a career spanning two decades in leadership at AT&T. In her new role, Strand will provide focused leadership and support to positively impact the employee experience at Trinity Health.

Soderholm joins Trinity Health after roles of increasing responsibility within HR at Cognizant

Technology Solutions and operations leadership at ING Financial. As director of Total Rewards, she will provide leadership and oversight of Trinity Health’s Total Rewards programs, which includes compensation and benefits, as well as HR operations, compliance and systems.
