Lansford Threshing Show set for June 28-29
LANSFORD — The annual Lansford Threshing Show will be held Saturday and Sunday, June 28-29, in Lansford.
Saturday’s activities begin with a breakfast and weigh-in for the tractor pull at 8 a.m. The tractor pull starts at 10 a.m., followed by a car cruise from 1-5 p.m. Sunday’s activities include a breakfast at the Country Club from 8-11 a.m., tractor trek at 8:30 a.m., country church at the threshing grounds at 10:30 a.m. and parade through town at 1 p.m. Exact times are subject to potentially change. The parade will be followed by an ice cream social and kiddie tractor pull at the museum and wheat threshing behind the blacksmith demonstration.
Both days will feature food truck concessions, vendors, toy show, static tractor displays and a display of miniature replica of the city of Lansford.
The threshing grounds are located south of town. The event is sponsored by the Lansford Threshers and Historical Association.
