Bloom, an event supporting mothers of individuals with disabilities and complex medical needs, will be held Thursday, May 22, at 6:30 p.m. at The Depot and Baggage Claim Bar & Grill, 15 Main St. N., Minot.

Guest speaker will be Samantha Rasmussen, who will share her family’s story of raising a loved one who needed extra support and care. The ninth annual event also will provide opportunities to meet other mothers in the community, visit with providers, learn about area programs and shop local vendors.
