Minot Chapter 4 was voted outstanding chapter of the year at the 2025 North Dakota Department of Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Convention held in Jamestown on May 2-4.

Chapter 4 Service Officer Jim Davenport was voted outstanding DAV member of the year and was elected to the office of N.D. DAV Department third junior vice commander.

Past Chapter 4 Commander Chuck Emery served as sergeant at arms for the convention and chairman of the Resolutions Committee. N.D. DAV Department Commander Doug Benjamin finished his term of office by conducting the annual convention, and Chapter 4 Adjutant Skip Gjerde served as his chief of staff.

Chapter 4 Commander Frank Senn was elected to the office of N.D. Department second junior vice commander.

Past Chapter 4 Adjutant Ric Montoya served on the Nominations Committee.
