Submitted Photo Members of the Minot State University Concert Choir and Minot Chamber Chorale, directed by Dr. Emerson Eads, and soloist Megan Kramer take part in the Telemark Symphony’s traditional Syttende Mai (Constitution Day) concert on Saturday at Ibsenhuset, a Norwegian cultural center in the city of Skien in Telemark County, Norway. Minot and Skien are sister cities. Skien was the first stop in the choirs’ 10 day tour of Norway.
