MAX – A public input meeting to discuss proposed improvements to the intersection of U.S. Highway 83 and North Dakota Highway 23 will be held Monday, March 31, from 5-7 pm.in the Max Civic Hall, 215 Main St., Max. Held in an open house format, the North Dakota Department of Transportation will conduct a formal presentation at 5:30 p.m.
