ND Guard to train throughout state over weekend
BISMARCK – The North Dakota Army National Guard’s 131st Military Police Battalion is scheduled to conduct training throughout North Dakota today and Saturday during their inactive-duty training, according to Guard information.
The training focuses on essential skills like operating military vehicles and communications equipment. The training is scheduled to take place from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. on both days and military vehicles will be seen throughout the state.
People are encouraged to visit with soldiers when they see them at rest breaks, fueling stations and local eateries. The soldiers are available to chat, answer questions and let people check out their vehicles.
