MADDOCK – The Alzheimer’s Association will offer a free webinar presentation for first responders titled “Responding to Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias: Law Enforcement and First Responders.”

The online presentation will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 9-11 a.m. This is a POST-certified training.

A free virtual presentation titled “Person-Centered Dementia Care: Recommendations for Professionals” will be held Monday, Nov. 18, from 9 a.m.-noon. The presentation is open to professionals in the field of healthcare and caregiving.

Registration is required for either webinar by contacting the Alzheimer’s Association Minnesota-North Dakota Chapter. These projects are funded through the North Dakota Department of Health & Human Services, Adult & Aging Services Section.
