Students, staff and faculty at Minot State University and Minot community members are being invited to honor military heritage through the Second Annual Veterans Day Poem Contest.

Those participating are asked to share their voice and perspective on “What I Have to Say About the U.S. Military.”

The deadline to enter poems is Friday, Nov. 8, at noon. Poems should be 50 words or fewer. Categories are student, faculty, staff and community. Overall winner and category winners will receive prizes.
