A free prenatal/postnatal course for new parents, “Family Foundations,” will be offered virtually this fall and next spring.

The course addresses preparing for and adjusting to parenthood; managing expectations; communication between parents; attachment and bonding; positive child rearing skills and more.

The five prenatal sessions will be held Mondays beginning Oct. 28 from 6-7:30 p.m. Four postnatal sessions are scheduled for May 2025.
