The Minot Elks Lodge #1089 hosted 11 veterans for a day of fishing on Lake Sakakawea on July 13. The veterans were provided fishing with guides, lunch on the boat, dinner after fishing and fish to take home. The day was funded by the local lodge and a grant from the Elks National Foundation.
