ND Atmospheric Resource Board seeks public feedback

BISMARCK – The Atmospheric Resource Board (ARB), in partnership with the North Dakota Weather Modification Association, has opened an online survey and will host two public listening sessions in May to collect feedback from the public regarding the makeup of the ARB, the North Dakota Cloud Modification Project (NDCMP), current active partnerships, research priorities and public perception of the ARB and its associated projects.

The public listening meetings are slated for Tuesday, May 21, in Bowman City Hall, Bowman, and Friday, May 24, at the Mountrail County South Complex in Stanley, both at 10 a.m. local times.

Representatives from the ARB will give a presentation with updates on the programs, followed by a public forum to gather information and feedback from attendees. Public comments will be used to further guide the direction of the ARB’s ongoing strategy, public policy and administration. The board sets policies and makes decisions regarding the operation of all North Dakota ARB activities.
