Buzz Iceclear is winning name

Folden was recognized at the North Dakota Department of Transportation’s Minot office Friday for submitting the winning name for the Minot district in the North Dakota Department of Transportation’s 2023 Name-A-Plow contest. He said he came across the name as a second-place finisher in a similar South Dakota contest and thought it was funny. NDDOT employees statewide also liked the name, declaring it a winner.
